Guest Parking Pass Pilot Project

If you have a regular guest, like a family member or care taker, who is on property frequently you can now give them a parking pass they will keep in their car. When they arrive at the Guard House:

1. Hang the pass from the rearview mirror for Security to view and they will be waved through. If you have an additional private stall please have them park there, otherwise a visitor stall is their next choice. 
2. Each condo is eligible for 2 passes. Please complete the inquiry form on this website to obtain passes.
