Next COA Meeting: June 17th, 2026 at 5:30pm in the Clubhouse.

Pool Opening: The pool opened Tuesday, June 2nd. Please do not prop any doors or gates open as this is a Health Department violation. Thank you! Have a wonderful summer!

Painting: The painting of the Clubhouse and garages is complete. 

Recycling Bin: The City has approved us for the return of recycling cardboard services. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN!  The bin is to the left of the dumpster. Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.

Roof Replacement: Chase Roofing  has completed the roof replacement for Building C. The assessment is $450/year and begins Febuary 1, 2026 and is payable by each homeowner by January 31, 2027. 

Landscaping Investation: As of June 1st last Summers investation has not recurred. We continue to watch for any signs of break-out.

Parking lot Stripping: The board has approved the sealing and stripping of the parking lot. Work will be performed July 15-16th. Directions for the community will be delivered by June 18th.

Parking Pass: if you have a visitor or care taker who is on property regularly you can obtain a parking pass which they leave in their car and place on their rear view mirror each time they arrive. To obtain a pass please send in your inquiry form.

Landscape Committee: The landscape committee has been working tirelessly relocating plants that have been blocking water sources, windows and planted to close to building structures. They will be focusing on beautifying the F and G building fence line and developing an overall plan for replacement plantings or corrective pruning property wide. Any resident experiencing problems with plant life impeding their property please notify the board by submitting an inquiry through the website. Thank you.

EV Charging Stations: Our community did not qualify for the VW grant submitted in August 2025. We will continue to seek grant funding through private, state and federal programs.
